Moar Churchill

We need more men like Winston Churchill in times like these.
North Korea vows to boycott any disarmament talks, basically telling the world to eat shit.
Iran trying US citizens behind closed doors on propped up charges.
Is there a leader we can turn to?
For god sake, we are all screwed if all we have to rely on is President "Blame America for everything" Obama.

There is a striking similarity between the current situation of North Korea and Iran trying to get nuclear weapons and 1930's Germany and Italy. Particularly in the reactions from the international communities.
What did the League of Nations do to stem the rise of Fascist Italy and Nazi Germany?
Nothing

What has the UN done to stop North Korea and Iran from gaining nuclear weapons?
Nothing

Obama did give a strongly worded letter to Mr Kim Jong Il.

No what we need are men of courage and men of integrity like Churchill.
Churchill on the Munich Agreement:
"We have suffered a total and unmitigated defeat...you will find that in a period of time which may be measured by years, but may be measured by months, Czechoslovakia will be engulfed in the Nazi régime. We are in the presence of a disaster of the first magnitude...we have sustained a defeat without a war, the consequences of which will travel far with us along our road...we have passed an awful milestone in our history, when the whole equilibrium of Europe has been deranged, and that the terrible words have for the time being been pronounced against the Western democracies: "Thou art weighed in the balance and found wanting". And do not suppose that this is the end. This is only the beginning of the reckoning. This is only the first sip, the first foretaste of a bitter cup which will be proffered to us year by year unless by a supreme recovery of moral heal
th and martial vigour, we arise again and take our stand for freedom as in the olden time.
